The color contamination seeps into cleaning solvent and is drained from fluid passage. Flow Rate of cleaning solvent at center of fluid hose is faster than the one near inside fluid passage. Then It takes color contamination a while to seep into cleaning solvent. Cleaning solvent mixed air flow rapidly through fluid passage with particle of cleaning solvent striking hard against inside fluid passage. This results in clean and dry fluid passage using less cleaning solvents and time.

Color change can be done smoothly with no mixing of the previous colors

For color change during production of home appliances, motorcycle parts, automobile parts, steel furniture or general painting we recommend our custom-designed “Ransburg Color Change System”.

The Ransburg color change system can be used with most automatic painting devices such as the gun, bell, disc etc., and it can also be used for remote operation from outside the paint booth.

Color change can be done in a very short time, securely and easily without mixing of the previous color with the present color.
In addition, because wasted paint and flushing solvent discharge inside the booth can be held down to a minimum, dirtying of the booth when changing colors is reduced substantially.
Valves have been designed and manufactured to be very durable in order to withstand long hours of use when, for example, changing colors between the painting of one or several motorcycles.

The flushable pump is the paint supply device that supplies paint to coating applicator stably and composed of the gear pump(s), micro valve and also manifold.

By the gear(s) equipped, the fixed delivery rate is always stabilized from P. IN→OUT.
(Refer the flushable pump function diagram here described) and by bypass with the axis washing function, quick color change and washing is possible.

This equipment can keep the delivery rate in every condition consistently and that set up it once. Therefore, it is quite suitable to use with the following cases.

• In the case that the paint is supplied to the coating applicator equipped with the long stroke reciprocator. The film thickness can be uniformed in the vertical direction of the coating object.
• Keep the delivery rate stability in the temperature change.
• For the paint which is easy to be clogged.
